LT Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to hold a Board Meeting to consider the audited results for the last quarter as well as for the year ended March 31, 2011 within a period of 60 days from the close of the financial year.
Hence the Company is not to publish un-audited results for the last quarter ending March 31, 2011.
