BSE & NSE postponed new trade timing to January 4, 2010. Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange have postponed the implementation of new trade timings to January 4, 2010. Earlier they decided the timings to starts from December 18, 2009.
Old Trading Timings: 9.55 am to 3.30 pm
New Trading Timings: 9.00 am to 3.30 pm (January 4, 2010)
Many stock brokers were worried for this change of stock market new timings. Majority of brokers were against to the extension of trading hours in BSE & NSE.
