Indiabulls Power Ltd has announced that the Rating Committee of CARE has assigned “CARE BBB” (Triple B) rating to the Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs. 4331 crore, of the Company. The Rating Committee of CARE has also assigned “CARE BBB” (Triple B) to the Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs. 1872 crore to Indiabulls Realtech Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
