Sensex Down 61 point Close at 10,680. Nifty Down 25 point Close at 3131.

The Sensex has slipped deeper into red and is now up down 61 points at 10,680. Bharti Airtel and HDFC have dropped 2.5% each to Rs 385 and Rs 1,160, respectively. Bajaj Auto has slipped over 2% to Rs 2,490. Wipro, Infosys, HLL and Reliance are down nearly 1.5% each to Rs 483, Rs 1,630, Rs 242 and Rs 985, respectively. Larsen & Toubro is down 1% to Rs 2,175. Dr.Reddy's has soared nearly 4% to Rs 1,420. SBI has rallied 3% to Rs 787. BHEL and Grasim have gained nearly 2% each to Rs 1,990 and Rs 2,114, respectively. Tata Steel has advanced 1.6% to Rs 504. Ranbaxy and Hindalco has moved up 1% each to Rs 370 and Rs 167, respectively. Out of 2,316 stocks traded so far, 1,312 have advanced, 926 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
